Tuesday, May 17, 2011. My last post occurred the same time I FINALLY joined the Facebook world, what a time sucker. But good news is Ive been able to reconnect and see a lot of my good ol friends over the past couple of months. Dont you love meeting up with good friends even though years have gone by you are able to instantly pick back up with each other and have a great time. My old college roommate Katie right came to visit in January from the east coast for a day, over 4 years since I last saw her.

Saturday, January 12, 2013. Here is the past year in a really condensed nutshell - - - - - - - - - Baylor, Chase and I had a great end to our school year in Louisiana. Brody found a new job in Texas, so after the school year ended we moved there. Yeehaw! We have all become Texans. Our summer was so much fun. We swam almost every day, played with cousins, neighbors, friends, and went on all kinds of adventures and outings. The kids have loved celebrating many of the holidays in Houston.

I DID take a class in flash fiction, though. And then another in Poetry. Or am I? What have you read lately? I tried to read,.

Kirkandrews Kirk

The unique little kirk at Kirkandrews was completed in 1906. It is one of several buildings constructed by James Brown of Knockbrex in a unique style, combining influences of the Arts and Crafts Movement, Celtic motifs and a fondness for miniature castles. Kirkandrews Kirk is a popular venue for christenings, weddings and other services, and is available for use by all denominations. It is particularly well-attended at Christmas carol services, when the fire and candles are lit.
