Saturday, January 3, 2015. So sorry for the long silence on posts but it has been a busy couple of years. Here is the abridged version. In 2012 my DH was transferred to Houston. So we had to sell a house, buy a new one, pack up and move. Surprisingly the selling of the old house was the easy part. It was on the market for exactly seven days and on day seven we had five offers. Looking for and finding another home turned out to be a pickle! I love .

Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Tornadoes and thunder storms have defined life here in Oklahoma for the past few weeks. Yet again, the bed shaking, window rattling rolls of thunder woke me long before the alarm. Each day I am thankful that the tornadoes have avoided the Tulsa area. My family is experiencing a number of changes this year, and I decided that I need to make some changes myself. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.
