Thursday, June 2, 2011. We went to the zoo while we were up there too, but it was big and hot and was not my favorite zoo trip of all time. My favorite part of the whole trip was walking around downtown in the evening. Crew ran around like crazy and had a great time! What could be better? Wednesday, January 12, 2011. Saturday, November 21, 2009. Happy 2nd Birthday Gabe! Munchkin is getting so big! I cant believe how fast its going by. He had a good day overall. He binged out on movies, junk food and fun. He had a couple friends over and they all kept us busy! His presents were mostly, you guessed it, cars. Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Throughout the whole novel, the differences between the two cultures become more and more apparent. This is mostly because the children in Korphe lack a large amount of things that Americans just take for granted. Unless an American takes the time to go to Pakistan they will never fully understand the differences between the cultures.
