Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Trying to get back on the boat. I know it has been a very long time. Just to get you all caught up on things. We live in Mesquite, Nevada. We have made it home to every game but the last one due to kids pooping and pucking all weekend.

Sunday, November 1, 2009. Those bumpy pumpkins are just the best! Nother Halloween has come and gone. It is the funnest of the holidays at our house. We have a fascination with pumpkins, love the fall colors everywhere you look, and start getting out sweaters.

Makes eye contact with me, Whack. But hes so gosh darn cute and happy ALL the time. He even walks around the house in a sing-song voice, happy, happy, haaappeeee and when sent to time out this really did happen all the while singing happy, happy, haaaapeeee sitting up against the wall. The short story is the melt the chocolate and then cool to between 88 and 90 degrees F. Anyway, dip the ganache balls into the melted chocolate and put onto another sheet of aluminum to set up. The should be set up in about 10 to 15 minutes.
