Thursday, April 28, 2011. Life is Hard and There is Hope. Sunday, January 02, 2011. I know my limits and my expectations of myself are low. That way I can be successful. I try to take on just a small, achievable amount. This year I want to figure out how to grow a better garden, learn more in the scriptures, be a better neighbor and friend, become more Christlike, keep life simple and meaningful, and finish the 3rd of 4 semesters of nursing school.

Monday, April 16, 2012. Well we finally left Kyiv, Ukraine and returned to the United States at the end of our mission. We spent nearly 22 months on our mission. We returned a week earlier than planned because our visa and apartment registration expired on 6 March, so we left Kyiv early the morning of the 6th. We left some great friends in Ukraine. The picture on the left is of the last Senior Missionary gathering just b. This is the Branch Presidency that included Ruslan and Elder reynolds, a great team.

Friday, April 11, 2014. I thought it would be fun to post some recent pictures of the family. So here is a little of what I missed posting the past few years. Family pictures taken in Nov. Kylee Patterson did an amazing job and since my kids are older now, we had very little drama.

Wednesday, February 23, 2011. WOOHOO SCHOOL IS OUT! What better way to celebrate than with friends in the pool! The end of the school year brings recitals, parties, and graduations. Here, we went to the Spring Recital for Sierra and Zane. Way to play, you two! May AZ POA SHOW. until it all ended when one of the older kids corrected him that it was called the American Flag. I guess he had to grow out of it eventually anyways.

Sunday, September 18, 2011. Summer Surrender to Schedule Freedom. Summer is a wonderful meld of playtime and chores of survival. There is never any getting ahead in the mix, but still a welcome relief.
