Sunday, June 12, 2011. Emily and I, along with 15 of our closest friends, spent a weekend camping at Camp Cedarledge in Pevley, Missouri. What an adventure! The weekend before our camping trip sported temperatures in the high 80s with clear blue sky. However, the weekend we camped, the temps were not nearly as warm and the first 20 or so hours, we had intermittent rain. Night temps were in the high 30s.

Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Girls on The Run! Maddie has been participating twice a week for an hour in GOTR. The girls get together and play games and learn how to be healthy and about manners, being nice, all that good stuff. Then they run. They all set a goal of runningwalking 3 miles tonight and they all did it! I ran with Maddie and every girl had a running buddy most all were parents! Maddie is ready to run again in the Spring and we will get some running in this winter hopefully! Not too often f.CONTENT

We were able to visit Brit in Mexico before she left for Africa and took her and the other kids to South Padre. We were so blessed to have that time with her and meet her teammates.
