This blog is about my hobby, Tatting. I spend almost every free moment tatting something. I am not a designer but I love to tat all the nice pieces designed by other. Tuesday, 6 December 2016. Finished knitted patchwork cushion and jumper project. The cushion is now backed with a matching green material and a knitted border. My next project is a new jumper. Friday, September 4, 2015. I have started to make this mat in Lizbeth bright yellow size 20. I only made it so far before making the first mistake. This is Lizbeth size 20 in Bright Yellow. It took me 2 hours and 31 minutes to complete. It is pucking in the center. Hopefully the will resolve when I press it. Finished row 4, now to correct 2 missed joins and hide m.
Sunday, January 8, 2017. This is a good day to stay in and tat. I got round 4 done. I have been starting the rounds with a ring, finishing with the last chain, then split ring to the next round. At least those are in a line like spokes. Thursday, January 5, 2017.
