Wednesday, January 18, 2012. Since my first cooking club recipe worked out so well.I was really excited about the next recipe. The second recipe I chose to broaden my cooking horizon was Shrimp Scampi by The Pioneer Woman. I have to admit this was only my second time cooking with garlic and since it was such a primary ingredient of the recipe was nervous. However, it turned out to be very easy to use. To finish it off I added some pasta that soaked up some of the yummy sauce. To spice it up a little.CONTENT
