Monday, April 27, 2009. It has been nice to actually experience a spring season. In Texas is seems to go from semi-winter to summer. I am glad my dad and step-mom were able to come visit me for a few days while the cherry blossoms were blooming. It was crazy crowded but it was good to play tourist for a few days. Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Old Places, New Sights. Like most frequent travelers, there are destinations I visit more than others. Some seem to have a once-a-year minimum requirement. In each of the first two months of the year I have taken such trips. In fact, I would say both trips comprised of more new than old.
