The importance of character, the distinction between story and plot.
This is my record of how I lose weight by applying simple diet, gentle exercise and a lot of will power. I am not dictating how to lose weight, and I am hoping to loose a lot of weight in a short time with minimal exercise, but keeping the cost as low as possible too.
