Monday, September 30, 2013. Today was an especially good Monday because he emailed early. I promptly emailed back, but got no response. I eventually learned that was because the power went out. It was just what I needed. How I miss that boy! Sunday, September 29, 2013.

Wednesday, August 5, 2015. South Padre Island, Part Two. It was such a fun trip. Just what we needed - a week away, spending time with family and relaxing! Sandcastle Trail. Along the main road, there are something like 20 sand castles, all built and preserved. We only saw a few, but they were really works of art! The lighthouse at Port Isabel. Thursday, March 6, 2014. This is when we took the kids hiking in Leeds after church. All the kids on a swing at a park. Jazlyn fell asleep on the floor! She would never do this and as she has gotten older she sleeps on the floor every night! The boys bundled her up because she was cold before school.
