Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Springtime in Texas is glorious! A few weeks ago, I set out to take a few pictures of Cooper in the bluebonnets. Like most things, he was a little timid at first. I guess it IS kind of weird when Mom plops you down in a field of flowers.
Mommy, Mate, Me! What Little Man did a few days later. I was making cake balls in the kitchen. Little Man had gotten bored in his Exersaucer, doorway bouncer and Bumbo. So I put him in his high chair and decided to let him try feeding himself some butternut squash. I knew that he would mostly just make a mess, but I think I underestimated his mess making skills. So then he got a bath in the laundry room sink.

I want it to to be all beautiful and lush, and I want to actually eat things that I grew here in my own backyard! Our first attempt earlier this summer flopped-sadly, my seeds pretty much dried out and died. It was a HOT summer. I planted some pansies last week James brought them home for me to add some beauty to our home, they are all spread out in different places, so fun! And see back behind me?CONTENT

Wednesday, October 19, 2011. Now that my brother Trevor and his adorable family have moved to Henderson. We find any excuse to get together if we are going to be in their neck of the woods. For example if we are going to Costco. We will call them up and have a family reunion at Costco. The weather was nice and and the small chocolate sample was great too! Not quite But close.
