Jake Nolt - 3D. Friday, November 7, 2014. So havent been on here for a bit. Had been busy with the PolycountTorn Banner Arms and Armor contest which I did a couple entries. A month or so ago I joined the Dark Storm team and freelancing for Fenrir studios. Dark Storm is a sci fi shooter to be published on Steam. The game is Greenlit and were hammering away to get that done and hopefully released early next year. So it has been sucking up most of my free time. Monday, July 7, 2014. Sunday, May 6, 2012. This is a concept piece for an alien birthing grounds. It can either be deep under sea or out in space, I kind of like the ambiguity. This was based on a bubble fractal in which I gave a creepy alien subject. I did the bubble fractal in illustrator and then painted over top in Photoshop. Wednesday, April 18, 2012. This piece was done first with cut out colored paper and then colored pencil on top of it. It was pretty tedious yet had a good finish.
