Saturday, May 29, 2010. This past week we suffered a great loss,in that our Father and Grandfather Ross Nicholes passed away. It has been a sad time for our family, but we rejoice in the new found freedoms and joy that we know Ross must be experiencing. Here are a few of our favorite memories. Monday, January 12, 2009. Duane and I went up to Carey mid December and had a nice visit with Mother and Dad. Their home looked very festive. Notice the Nativity Scene on top of the entertainment center. Mother painted all of the figures. Mother and Dad enjoying their Christmas tree. Sunday, January 29, 2012. We have had so much snow this year! Here are Emily and Brianna at their Christmas piano recital. They both looked so pretty and did very well on their pieces. Brianna was asked to play her piece for Sacr.
The Mike and Julie Tanner Family Blog. We had a great summer full of traveling, camping, boating, riding motos, reunions and just having fun being together. Marena is a senior and will be heading off to college soon. We needed to make the summer full of family fun. Needless to say they were never eager to ride the tube again. They were both content to just eat Cheetos and watch! And then Jayce would snooze.

Today we drove from our sweet little Starr Street house through Iowa and down through Missouri. We stopped in Kansas City for some lunch and to stretch our legs a bit. Friday, March 18, 2011. Dear Family and Friends,. This year has been absolutely incredible for so many reasons! The biggest reason, thanks to your support, is that we were able to spend our first wedding anniversary in Uganda on a short-term missions trip to Gulu. Secondly, since our return Khara and I have been working with the lead team at Rock Harbor church on long term plans to do missions in Uganda. What a blessing to see the power of prayer! We have so many great memor.
Another year is winding down and there are countless things to be thankful for. So, I wanted to look back with gratitude at some of the ways God has blessed us and also say thank you to everyone that loves, supports and prays for us.

Wednesday, July 18, 2012. We finally finished our summer craft! We thought we would focus on a letter a day and help Britlynn learn the Alphabet. We started out doing one letter a day and ended up doing about 3 a day, just to finish. It was such a fun project. What we have been up to! Again, sorry about the unorganized pictures!
