The Dream of Macaron - In Progress -. Key Environment development for Animation. Inspired by my favorite desert, macarons from Ladurée. Ladurée is one of world-wide famous macaron brand and has a story of the birth of modern shape of macaron. The sandwich shape -two macaron shells with a delicious ganache filling - was invented by Pierre Desfontaines at the beginning of the 20th century in Paris. He also opened the tea room for womens, which was helpful to spread the fame of macaron.
