Tuesday, February 8, 2011. A new year, a new start? 2011 seems like a perfect year to make something, or to be something wonderful. Its the year of my golden birthday, Jadyn turns my favorite age, and really, there is unlimited potential. I am working on being true to myself. I love, love, love taking care of people, and am not so good at giving myself the same consideration.

We are all but recent leaves on the same old tree of life and if this life has adapted itself to new functions and conditions, it uses the same old basic principles over and over again. There is no real difference between the grass and the man who mows it.

I am out looking for my words again because I need them. I am reminded once again of the truth that in essence, what you truly need, you will find in yourself. Because the me that I am, is terrifying. Insecure, angry, frustrated and oh so discontent! And this is everything in my life that I have done so far and am doing every day. I sometimes feel that perhaps I want too much.
