Journey to the Middle of the Earth. Chiang Mai, Part II. We spent a day looking at some of the traditional Thai temples. They are fantastically beautiful, and are very different than other temples in Asia due to the shape of their rooftops. Most of these temples have a giant Buddha inside, who is usually flanked by many smaller Buddhas at its feet. Again, we enjoy funny signs. Click on them to see the writing more clearly.

We returned from this hike today and began packing for summer.
