Monday, October 3, 2011. I Fell Off The Wagon. For the past 3 days I have in a way fallen off the wagon. I havent been sticking to my calories nor my workouts. Apparently one extra day off of work has made me fat and lazy. Once I miss one day, it is far too easy to keep on relapsing. Fortunately I didnt eat that poorly, but I was super inactive. So I didnt lose any weight this week, disappointing. Thursday, September 22, 2011. Now We Are Cooking With Soy! Saturday, September 17, 2011. It seems I alway.
