But Im down 7 pounds from where I started 160lbs making me 153lbs. My mom signed me up to run a 5k with about 2 weeks notice so Im training for that. I can barely make it up my stairs tonight but according to mfp. So to recap - losing weight, running again, legs hurt. Goodnight. And Im still going. Keep on keeping on. I didn.
