Its Okay to Eat. Monday, July 29, 2013. It has been over a year since Ive added anything to this blog! Wow, time has flown. Ive been struggling lately with making meals that we can actually enjoy instead of the usual Chicken and Vegetables. So I went searching on the google for some good paleo websites. I found this bolg, http paleomg.com. And it is awesome! Lots of recipes that are easy and mimic some of my favorite dishes that I have sworn to not put in my body. Happy Healthy Eating Everyone!
