This is a blog about my adventures living and working in Manaus, Brazil! Friday, 9 December 2011. I just went a 4 hour boat ride through the Amazons Rio Negro to see Ariaú Amazon Towers and some pink fresh water dolphins! Ariaú Amazon Towers is a very odd sort of hotel. It is entirely built on stilts which creates a really nice view of the forest below. There are lots of macacos monkeys running around, as well as lots of birds that I have never seen before.
