Wednesday, May 13, 2009. Podcast for Free on a PC. The only things needed to make a podcast are a PC or a phone. The steps to make a podcast are record, upload and share. There are free websites that allow the student to speak in to the computer microphone. The website will produce a URL that can be shared with the student or their family. There are also other websites and phone recording that make creating podcasts easy. I love this idea! .
