Wednesday, July 13, 2011. I just saw my last post from 3 months ago regarding my mental road block . I used to be motivated to do things. Now if I could just get motivated to start training during the week . what will it take? I wish I knew how to make it fun again .
Sunday, May 16, 2010. A pretty good week for training. Monday was to be a day off, but I went to a 2 hour spin class. These workouts really seem to be helping my endurance. I felt strong on Monday and I was soaking wet when the class was all said and done. Wed was to be a run only. I started with an hour spin class and then went for a quick 2 mile run.

Well I have just done my first ever Functional Threshold power test witch will help me with my power pacing over the winter . What it is jumping on the turbo with a nice warm up 20 mins then 5 mins Max then 2 mins rest . Then the test starts 20 mins all out pushing it all the way to the end . Welcome to my new Diary.
