Friday, September 04, 2009. Ironman Canada - Race Report. I want to thank all the friends and family that supported me over the past year in my journey towards another Ironman. Getting to the starting line of an Ironman is always a team effort and not just the accomplishment of an individual. This past year, I had the opportunity to train with a great group of folks which made the experience event more memorable. I left for Canada on Wednesday before the race, a day prior to the rest of the KC Multisport.
En månad försenad men här är den. Egentligen skulle vi simmat 2 varv men eftersom vattentempen va 16,1 grader. Och orkar inte hålla rätt rytm så det blir svårare att navigera men det är en rätt skön känsla att man snart får växla till cykling och kan börja dagen på allvar! De va riktigt dålig botten vid varvningarna med hala och vassa stenar! Skulle vara så typiskt om jag fick haveri med bara några mil kva.
