Nick taught us that a successful user experience strategy can delight and covert customers, as well as encourages them to repeat their visits to your site. Bad UX can lead to lost revenue and less chance of repeat visits to your site.

This I have found to be one of the best parts about the course, however, I wish there were more theory based on it. I feel like there should be more activities, which allow us to learn more about things we had no idea how to use, such as wordpress. I thoroughly enjoyed this course; I thought it was most definitely one of the most valuable courses from a marketing perspec.
