I compared three sketches of my design and decided the third one, I think the last design can apply more different modeling and texturing techniques to recreate the environment. Before modeling the furnitures, I think of different way to do them, use NURBS or Polygon. Also, thinking about to use UV texture ,bump mapping or import file to create the texure.
