I read reports that they make people feel suicidal, but I hadnt had any problems before. So I started off on them this morning, and haha guess what? I am doing what the counsellor tells me and do things bit by bit. Yesterday I went back to play football. And I scored. So that made me feel good. Today is another story entirely. I keep thinking about hanging myself.
