This year, I saw the White House glowing in pink lighting for the entire month of October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It honestly made me smile to see pictures of it. My mother and her sister are survivors of breast cancer. It has personal meaning to meas it does most people I know. Domestic Violence Awareness Month. I tell yo.
