What hell-bent member of ISIS would sit in a refugee camp for years upon years so that they could eventually come to Canada and kill a few people? .

Monday, August 9, 2010. We plan to open the doors toward the end of September. The center will be located in the Plaza-Midwood area. The program will be for 100 students and will offer homework help, ESL, math, science, social studies, recreation and character development. We are excited to offer this new service to the community!
