Friday, April 22, 2011. On that first Resurrection Sunday, Mary Magdalene first thought she saw a gardener. Well, she did- the Gardener who cultivated Eden and who endured Gethsemane. The Gardener who gave us the rose of Sharon, the lily of the valley, the cedars of Lebanon, the tree of life. We will be basking in the sunshine of Hawaii this Sunday. I felt so stressed thinking about years and years of school filled with class after class after class. To alleviate that stress, I ignored it completely. Pretty mature, huh? Monday, July 6, 2015. Our friends the Machowicz joined us on the staycation and we had a blast! Playing in the pool. Poor little Conrad was sick. But I think I did a pretty good job. Lazy days with Papa Jack.
Saturday, April 11, 2015. Cooking Class at Sur La Table. Anna had so much fun doing a cooking class with her BFF the other day! They made delicious french patisserie treats! Saturday, April 4, 2015. Anna had a fun 10th birthday party. We had a dinner party and then went to see the movie Cinderella. It was sweet to watch Anna and her friends.
Tuesday, September 16, 2014. After we got back from Utah Scottys cousin Drew who lives here in Dayton was getting married, and his other cousin Marie was going through the columbus temple, so we were lucky enough to get all of our Aunts and uncles from Scottys Neel side out to visit, and man did we have a good time! It was like my kids had 5 grandmas and 2 grandpas out here. They were spoiled! One of the days they were here we met at Youngs Dairy for lunch, ice cream and some playing time.
