BIKE 14 miles, 3837, 18.6 mph. The bike course was nearly pancake flat. A majority of the course, I leapfrogged with a gentleman in his 50s, named John, from New Jersey. We good naturedly cheered one another on, with a bit of a competitive edge to motivate one another. RUN 3.1 miles 2958, 940 pace. After all that IS their job!
