To say life has been busy would be an understatement. Work and being a full time single dad has been sucking the life out of me and fortunately I have manage to keep up on some running. No correct that, I have been running a lot lately.
Monday, July 11, 2011. Sleep is just too important to me! So after the treadmill mileage and time kept blinking on and off, I realized my battery packet was loose. Thank you, Duct tape! I was almost at 3 miles on the treadmill or at least 30 minutes and then. Lights went out! I looked out the window and there was quite the storm going on. And to top it of.

Sunday, December 31, 2017. 2017 Running and Racing Review. Running mileage was 2529. Goals accomplished or not accomplished for 2017. I set a goal to do 60 weight workouts and completed 33. I didnt realize how much I failed at this goal. I completed 59 last year.
