Boil whilst stirring for a while. Prepare the tempering by heating the ghee and frying the cumin and mustard seeds until they turn brown. Add the asafoetida and red chilli. Add the tempering to the kadhi and boil for a few minutes. Sprinkle coriander on top and serve hot.

Tuesday, September 27, 2011. READ N TAKE CARE ABOUT IT. This is a real incident that happened in a local hospital in Bangalore, India. A 4 year old girl was admitted due to leg fracture. As it was an open fracture, she had to undergo an operation to stitch the protruding bone back in place. Though it was quite a minor operation, she was hooked on to life support system, as a part of the process. Thereafter, the operation proceeded. Please help to save a life.
