Wednesday, June 2, 2010. My First Day of Training! Today was day one of week one of my training for the 3-Day. My plan for today was easy walking for three miles- and I did it! I read on the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure website that during the event the pace is about 3 miles per hour. I decided to shoot for just over that time. I was surprised at how long three miles felt to me, but I finished all three miles in about 50 minutes- under my target! How is your training going? .

Thursday, November 17, 2011. Is our world essentially made up of good people or bad people? That is a question that has plagued philosophers from a long long time. I think you will agree with me, if I were to say that being good or bad for most people is a temporary state and we are all good or bad at some point or time. Is violence of any form good? Is fighting a war good? A war for a good cause perhaps. Last I heard Pulakesin was still waiting for the war, though he was member of parliament now.
