This is my bustle dress that I entered in the county fair. It one Grand Champion! I was super excited! This is a dress I made for a teenager for her Middle School graduation. Also won first prize in the Teen Sewing category at the county fair. I made these for Christmas presents.

En hier is het resultaat dan. Eerst een foto van het mutsje dat ik heb gemaakt. Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van een heel dik linnen, waarmee ik zowel de buitenkant als de voering van het mutsje heb gemaakt. Vervolgens van vilt allemaal blaadjes en bloemtjes erop geplakt. Ik wil het patroon nog eens vereenvoudigen en digitaliseren en dan plaats ik het met uitleg op mijn .

Vandaag vond ik dit plaatje van flossing in de vorm van veren! Ben er helemaal weg van en ga het zeker in gedachte houden voor mijn volgende corset! Het werk aan mijn paarse 1880 jurk ligt even stil.
