My girls getting sick, me breaking a toe, my nutritionist quitting the gym, and a few other things. But rather than rambling on with my excuses, let me give you an update regarding quinoa and my latest fast. Looks like bird seed. It does not look appetizing at all, but I love love loved it! 5 for nutritional value. 5 for fat and weight loss.
