Monday, January 5, 2015. Hopefully, I can stick to these or actually accomplish them by the end of this year! I have a terrible habit of exercising for about 2-3 weeks and then quit for months. After feeling bad about myself, I pick it back up and then quit again. You know the endless cycle.
