Tuesday, February 2, 2010. Last night I kicked my own butt while running on my treadmill. I was trying not to get too concerned with my heart rate being displayed across the monitor. It was an alarming 224! Seriously has my heart rate ever been that high before. Most likely the only time it soared that high was probably while I was pushing out my almost 11 pound baby. Yikes! 224, so scary! Why in the world did this highly sensitive piece of cardio machinery turn off the moment I got into the danger zone.
