I have been nervous and anxious all day, and there are other factors creating these feelings as well. but I know that my loneliness and feelings of loss are playing a huge role in my mental state.

We arrived back in the States on July 29 after some tearful goodbyes. Its pretty easy to coast right back into the life of plenty. I felt like we were abandoning them once again.
