Saturday, January 30, 2010. The end for real sort of. Well the last time i wrote i was walking on water and now my studio is over and i am fitting everything into my suitcase. Well, what did i do in my last few weeks? Then there was a great party here with everybody from the two Msc2 studios at the why factory. very good party, if i am able to say so myself. it was a good way to say good bye without being emotional. Da die Schwimmsaison in vollem Gange ist, schreibe ich ein paar Sätze zu Muskelkrämpfen. Die genaue Ursache von Muskelkrämpfen ist nicht genau geklärt. Scheinbar ist es eine Kombination aus Problemen in der Nervenverschaltung, zentraler Ermüdung sowie Verschiebung des Salz-und Wasserhaushaltes, was die erstgenannten Ursachen über die kritische Schwelle für einen Krampf. Die Freude am Schwimmen sollte trotz Krämpfen nicht vergehen.
