It is a variation of dosa,-soft and fluffy in the centre and thin and crisp at the edges. It is also prepared in a slightly different way. Traditionally aappam. Is served with sweet coconut milk. Once upon a time, especially in Chennai and Madurai ,there used to be streetside aappam. Maintain an all time high! I embarked on Mission. And soaked.
