Day In Day Out. Tuesday, August 25, 2009. Our Trip to Colombia - Week 2 - Cartegena. We arrived in Cartagena on Monday, July 6th. The heat and humidity were welcomed coming from the cool rains of Bogota. We began exploring the walled city as soon as we arrived. We start by playing and posing on the wall. Our second day in Cartagena was all about the beach BABY! Just down the street from our hotel is this bakery that makes delicious breads filled with cheese, spinach, meats or fruit fillings. YUMMY!
