Sunnuntai 20. lokakuuta 2013. Vegaaninen pinaattikeitto ja rouhesämpylät. Keiton kanssa maistuu parhaiten tuore leipä ja mikäs sen parempi kaveri sopalle kuin itse tehdyt sämpylät! Sämpylät ovat siitä hauska leivottava, että niihin voi upottaa hieman sitä sun tätä ja aina maku kuitenkin on herkullinen. Muutama vinkki sämpylän leipojalle. Tavallinen sokerikin käy paremman puutteessa. Vaikka hyvin se silti kannattaa vaivata, että vehnän gluteeni saa tehdä taikinassa työnsä. Itse käytän taikinakonetta.
