Tuesday, November 17, 2009. We got to visit with Grandma and Grandpa Bowman and Uncle Brent. Grandma made some yummy homemade chicken noodle soup. We had pie, christmas cookies, and a lot of fun. Aaron and I took a short trip for a night to go fishing while the kdis got to have some special time with Grandma and Grandpa B, Aunt Alain, and their cousins Ethan, Cody,and Copper. They had so much fun! They are already asking when they get to go back.

Sunday, December 16, 2012. Merry Christmas from our family to yours. One of my New Years goals is to keep up on my blog, and use it more as a picture journal for my family. We were so happy to be back in Rexburg for Christmas! Being with family is the best! Sara and Brad Forbush. It was super fun! Aisley loved playing with her cousins, and loved the snow! For our 10th anniversary Sean whisked me away to Kona! I miss those glasses, they got stolen that trip. Our Utah friends Bert and Jenny came too! The biggest avocados I have EVER seen! Mmm, shaved ice! Hike through the lava rock to a remote black sand beach.

I wait for the poppies all year. They are in my yard and they are along the road where I walk. Morning light is best down there because of the angle of the sun. So it takes a bit of work in post to bring them to where I want.
