Hickery Holler Farm

Thursday, July 16, 2015. Been busy canning here in the holler! Lots of cucumbers, squash and zucchini. Twenty jars of green beans about a dozen quarts of squash canned. Made a gallon of refrigerator pickles just to munch on. Tomatoes coming along, field peas are loaded, just starting to pick okra and then. Here come the locusts. And how about some torrential rain fall. About 3 inches in an hour! And some hail to go along with it. And not some wimpy hail either. How about some golf ball size hail. I think.
