Update three of three. Here is the last Japan. Update. Im sending this from Toyko. We leave today the eleventh on a 4pm flight, and we return to Minneapolis at 1pm on the eleventh. It will be a 41-hour day. Its been a long, strange trip, and I think weve done everything we ever could have hoped to do. Last bit of Day Nine. We cooked gyoza, a sort of dumpling with meat and veggies inside, then fried on a pan, then steamed on that same pan. This unofficially went down as Emilys favorite day. We were .CONTENT
