For the last week in Art class, Elowena commemorated Chinese culture by having us create a snake out of foam paper and other crafty materials. Such an appropriate task for the Year of the Water Snake. Sophia worked on the Ancient Egyptian culture and she made us write our names in hieroglyphics. James wrapped it up by making us create a model of the Sun, Earth and moon demonstrating their relationships with one another.
