Wednesday, February 3, 2010. Buderim Ginger Factory, flower festival. Last Saturday we visited the Ginger factory Flower Festival. The flowers there were amazing. All were forms of the Ginger plant which were quite big. We had rain at Christmas which helped the flowers to bloom.

Sunday, July 13, 2008. Saturday was the annual Stitching in July at Deloraine. Despite the weather outside, the hall was nice and warm and it was a great day. Some of the girls I spend my Thursday nights with. Meredith, Giselle, Myself, Sue and. It was great getting to meet. I loved this little Christmas Stocking. I bought the Viv Robinson pattern on the day. I have now finished a grand total of 4 of these Annie Downs stitcheries. I have almost finished my 5th.

Yesterday was a wonderful day for our group. We delivered 27 quilts to Ronald Mc Donald House. We presented them with the quilts and then we gave them a wall hanging to hang where they would like. Loaded up with our smiles and two huge platters of left overs we waved goodbye boarded our little bus and we headed for home. Sunday, 15 June 2008.

Wednesday, 9 July 2008. The time has come to say farewell to my trusted friend Blogspot. Yes I have finally had the time to move myself over to. It gives me many more tools and options and the opportunity to offer more in the future. Dont worry though, everything has been copied over and is all there in the archived posts.
