One of my friends was having pain whilst we where out on a run. it then dawned on me how to stop this. i wanted him to keep up with me when we go running and this foot pain was holding him back well like i was saying it dawned on me that some arch support insoles is what he needed so that is what i told him to get. and he did! Next time we had a run he could keep up no problem. so from months of lagging behind now thanks to the insoles he can finally keep up.
