Bateman in Central New York - Building Blog. New Construction Bateman - Ryan Homes in the Syracuse, NY area. Monday, August 3, 2015. We got quite a bit accomplished this weekend! We moved a large amount of our big items on Friday and then followed up Saturday with almost all of the rest of them. I had foot surgery back in April and was certainly feeling the impacts from that during this process! We set up almost all of the furniture around the house. We installed the new stove.

Thursday, November 21, 2013. Yeah, so, just over two months in our Oakmont and slowly. very sloooooowwwwwllly, things are getting done. It is just awful, especially with kids. They just breathe on it and immediately a grease-stain appears that is impossible to wipe off.

The floor plan is enormously open with a 2 story foyer and family room, spacious master suite, 3 additional bedrooms, sun room, large kitchen, finished basement and lots of yard space! This is the foyer area of our model which no longer exist because it will be closed off and made into a laundry room. Once we move into our house, we are going to explore putting a transom above the door to reduce the panel on the outside.
